• Metal hoop wrapped in green and mint tissue paper festooning, and stars and berries covered in fine Eco glitter
• 20 Pennants hang at 2 levels, and are easy-to-attach with the green wire hooks
• The pennants include honeycomb tissue paper on the front and back (which is held open by hook and loop dots, supplied), a red metal bell on the elf’s hat which sweetly tinkles, a red feather on the Nutcracker’s hat, fine Eco glitter and shiny gold foil on the front and back
