Variegated Rupturewort – Herniaria glabra ‘Sea Foam’

Description

A very pretty, low-growing ground cover with tiny leaves and cream-colored margins. A fun plant to brighten-up a part sun or full sun miniature garden.

It grows prostrate along the ground. Blooms in June-July. Don’t let the soil dry out. It can handle some foot traffic too. You can safely trim the odd wayward stem if it’s growing the wrong way. A fun plant. 

Keep your more-aggressive ground cover / miniature bedding plants away from it, it doesn’t put up a good fight and can be taken-over.
